Holotask pilot terms

Last updated September 8, 2026. Holotask is being qualified for production use. These product terms describe the pilot and do not advertise a production SLA.

Your workspace

Use sources and content you are authorized to provide. Keep account access and scoped tokens secure. Workspace administrators are responsible for membership and explicit capability grants.

Review generated work

Generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review the artifact, source coverage and required checks before relying on a result. A passing format check is not independent proof of factual correctness. Current managed tasks create drafts and do not send emails or confirm bookings. Send and booking intents require separate human approval and currently record controlled test-adapter receipts; no real provider is called.

Usage and charges

Free workspaces receive 20 task units per UTC calendar month, with one seat and no card requirement. Unused units do not roll over. Existing pilot balances are preserved when converted. Paid plan prices are shown before checkout; paid billing opens after its configuration is qualified. Custom runs require a funded wallet and an accepted maximum charge. Automatic top-ups and uncapped overages are off. Opening an existing result does not start another run.

When paid billing is enabled, Stripe Managed Payments acts as merchant of record through Link. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout. Paid task allowance covers one paid subscription period and does not roll over. Cancelling through billing stops renewal at the paid period's end; your workspace then returns to Free. Returning to Free does not claim the same monthly allowance twice. Refunds and payment disputes adjust unused allowance or runtime funds while preserving accounting records.

Service availability

Runtime classes and integrations remain unavailable until their stated qualification gates pass. Holotask may pause unsafe, unauthorized or unfunded work. General availability, legal-operator details, cancellation terms and paid-service policies will be finalized before paid subscriptions are activated.
